I needed salt at work for food, I could have purchased a plastic or cardboard pre filled shaker. But once thats empty I’d be throwing something in a landfill (or hopeful the plastic could be recycled). So I made the choice to buy a glass or metal salt shaker, but rather then buying once from the local retail store, I made the choice to REUSE something and headed to my local Good Will store.
